This is an unbonded version of the Il-san TP weapon. It is otherwise identical including BOD. This one has one item protection on it. This unbonded version was given to those who rescued Taek Pae during the lost mines event. This is a convenience for Il-san mages not wanting to wait, and a rare collectors piece to others.
