<b> WHEN THE SPIRIT WALKS AGAIN There is an old tale whispered in Nagnang, older than the palaces, older than the city stones, older even than memory. Once a year, when the nights grow still and the air holds its breath, a wandering spirit awakens and walks the Kingdom. Some call it "The Remembering" Others call it "The Reckoning" The spirit moves from house to house, visiting the young, the old, and the forgotten. It shows the living the shadows of their past, the truths they deny, and the futures they fear. Some wake changed. Some wake shaking. Some do not wake at all. This year, the Eternal Order of Nagnang asks you to tell its story. Write the tale of the spirit as you imagine it: Is it a guide? A judge? A ghost? A mirror? Does it offer mercy, or demand payment? Does it arrive with a whisper, or with a knock? Theme: Anything spectral, reflective, or hauntingly moral Format: One page of a story Prize: Honor, renown, and 5 million gold from our safe Date: November 20th to 30th, 8 PM EST All entries must be sent to Caillean and only Caillean. The spirit walks soon. What will it show you? Eternal Order of Nagnang Caillean O'Cathain | |
