As I walked through the town of Kinung, I came across Kohyang standing near the entrance of the town. Many hunters passed through Kinung on their way to forge new weapons or travel toward the stronger caves. I approached him and decided to offer him a reading. "Greetings, Kohyang," I said. "Would you like me to read your future?" Kohyang looked at me with a tired expression. "A reading? Perhaps you can tell me why so many hunters leave Kinung and never return." I took out my crystal ball and began to look into it. At first, I saw many hunters walking through Kinung, carrying their weapons and preparing for their hunts. Then the vision changed, and I saw several of them entering a dark cave, only to be quickly overwhelmed by the creatures inside. I looked at Kohyang. "You have been troubled by the hunters who never return. The crystal shows that many of them are simply not strong enough for the places they are trying to reach." Kohyang sighed. "I tell them to prepare better, but most of them never listen." I looked into the crystal one last time and saw Kohyang standing at the gates of Kinung, watching another group of hunters leave. This time, however, one of them turned around and returned to the town. "Perhaps not everyone will listen," I said, "but maybe some will." Kohyang gave a small smile before returning to his post. As I left Kinung, I wondered how many more hunters would listen to his warnings before entering the caves. | |
