Watcher of the animals that scatter here and there.
Savior of the woods that are troubled everywhere.

His sight is rarer than white hair deer in snow.
But legends say his hair is blond and is lit so aglow.

His green robes, they say, is made of the grass that he walks through.
Some say his eyes are deep dirt brown, some say they're ocean blue.

One thing is fact, he waits all day for something to arise.
What he waits for, no one knows, it'll all come as a surprise.

I saw the Druid, sitting there, with unbelieving eyes,
Then I wiped my eyes as hard as I could to get away the lies.

I looked again and sure enough he was still sitting in the grass.
Hair was blond, his robes were green, his eyes were actually glass.

The rumors true, I couldn't believe, I asked him for his name.
He just smile and shook his head, "Poor man, it's such a shame."

I asked him what he waits while he sits upon the ferns.
He giggled at me and pat the ground, "That's none of your concerns."

I sat where she had pat the ground, next to him in that grove.
He looked at me and smiled a little, she was like a treasure trove.

He leaned in closely to my face and whispered something in my ear.
I leaned back and gasped aloud, "So that's why you're here."

Against my will, I stood up and calmly walked away.
Against my will, I really tried to sit back down and stay.

I found myself back into town before I could walk on my own.
Suddenly a great thick fog covered the hill alone.
