Across the plains and beyond the mountain ridge, my mother and father lived in a small yurt in the forest. Every day, they fought to survive, separated from society. My parents were hunter gatherers who escaped the societal boundaries in search of a free and fulfilling life. My father was a trapper and hunter while my mother excelled at identifying and gathering the other fruits of the forest.

After living a successful and joyous few years, my parents accredited their success to the survival skills they developed during their quest for self-sufficiency. So much so that they named their first and only child "Saishu," meaning "gathering" or "collecting."

I grew up observing my parents' display of masterful survival techniques, and yearned to absorb their expertise and utilize it in my own ventures. Between my father's exceptional hunting skill and my mother's harvesting and horticulture prowess, I slowly built my arsenal of survival techniques.

Now, it is my time to pursue my own journey throughout The Kingdoms. While I don't currently hold the official title, I know who I am and where I belong. I am a Ranger, and I hope to continue to develope my skills with a new family -- the Ranger family.
