I have read deep into the Deity's & after much consideration, BRIGHID is the deity I choose to devote myself to!! The reason is because what she represents? FIRE, inspiration, prophecy and NONstop LEARNING! I relate to her because she represents a symbol of STRENGTH and PASSION. I am also aligned with the FIRE element! As i have read from the Tomes and am aware of, FIRE represents DETERMINATION, TRANSFORMATION, creativity and inner power. ALL of those all qualities I want to show in my ACTIONS and GROWTH within the Druid path! Secondly, I I decided to choose Brighid because she represents guidance through KNOWLEDGE, INTUITION and CREATIVITY. Brighid's association with learning speaks to my DESIRE TO GROW spiritually while still being thoughtful and reflective in my decisions!!! In my opinion, Brighid feels like the CLEAREST REFLECTION of my personal values and energy! Also, I am a firm believer that you have the ability to shape oneself through discipline and vision! Lastly, Brighid?s PROTECTIVE and NURTURING nature is another reason I feel called toward her. My clan title is CARETAKER! Brighid as a goddess of motherhood, she shows both power and care! I like the BALANCE she maintains between FIERCE FLAME and GENTLE GUIDANCE. I try to show those same qualities on my own journey.
