To all citizens of these great kingdoms, I hereby announce that SecWar has been recognized as a Contributor of Joy. As many of you know, the Divine Order interacts with the community, provides assistance and guidance when requested, and forms many bonds with the community. During my travels, I have met a man that displays many properties that I fully believe make a person great. SecWar is selfless, he offers his friendship without asking anything in return. He offer aid to those who need him, and sees it through when he gives his word. I have witnessed these things repeatedly. He is skilled with a blade, and a man of discipline and focus. He applies that focus to many facets of life. The mighty Chung Ryong is surely proud of this warrior he has shared his power with. Not only does he have a strong arm, he is a strong leader. He knows when to build people up. He knows how to speak with people to encourage them to provide greater results. He does this with both grace and tact. Never belittling anyone. Never speaks out of hatred, nor to harm others. He has helped dozens of our community members. I have come to cherish his friendship, and have watched him build his group over time. Much like a fire, he draws people to him with his warmth. The people he surrounds himself with also radiate the same light, and together I believe they create a warm future for many people who will need them later. I hope his fire continues to burn bright for many Hyul to come. I hope that he continues to inspire others. I ask all of you to congratulate him, though I know he does not seek glory, admiration, or reward. Still, kindness should be rewarded and shown appreciation. I am thankful to have met SecWar. My conversations with him have made me stronger, and have reassured me. He has my gratitude as well as my friendship. My mark for a Contributor of Joy is something I hold sacred.
