While I was doing my duties as a soldier of the Koguryo Royal Army, I was also continuing my training as a Diviner. During one of my duties, I was traveling through Tangun and I passed by the birthplace of MuHyul. I was tired from traveling, so I decided to rest there for a while. I didn't plan to sleep, but I soon fell asleep. In my dream, I saw a young man. I knew his face. It was MuHyul, but he was much younger than the King MuHyul I know. I knew some things about his future, and I wanted to tell him. But I thought I should not tell him about his future. Even small things I say could change his future. So I decided not to tell him what I knew. Instead, I wanted to give him a Tarot reading. The young man looked at me and said, "You are far too old to be here, go back to your own Kingdoms." I smiled and told him that I was a soldier of Koguryo Royal Army and also a Diviner. We talked for a short time, and I asked him if there was something he wanted to know. He said he wanted to know about his future. I knew I should not tell him what I know, so I decided to use Tarot cards instead. I took out three cards. The first card was for his past, the second card was for his present, and the last card was for his future. The first card was The Tower. It showed his past. The Tower represents strength, endurance, and power. I told him that his past would help him become a strong person, and he would need strength to face many difficult things. The second card was The Barrier. It showed his present. The Barrier represents being blocked, problems ahead, and obstacles. I told him that there may be difficult problems in front of him, and he should not give up easily. The last card was The Sun. It showed his future. The Sun represents light, success, and personal gain. I told him that if he continues forward and does not give up, there can be a bright future waiting for him. I did not tell him who he would become in the future. I only told him what the cards showed. After the reading, I hoped that the cards could give him some guidance without changing his future. | |
