An I-Ching Reading for Dotori. (Wilderness 212, 139) Today I saw Dotori the squirrel while walking. I wanted to practice I-Ching, so I decided to do a reading for Dotori. My question was:"What change is near Dotori?" I used 3 real coins. Head = front side Tail = back side I threw 3 coins together 6 times and made the hexagram from bottom to top. 1st toss: 2 Tails, 1 Head = Yang 2nd toss: 2 Heads, 1 Tail = Yin 3rd toss: 2 Tails, 1 Head = Yang This made Fire. 4th toss: 2 Tails, 1 Head = Yang 5th toss: 2 Tails, 1 Head = Yang 6th toss: 2 Heads, 1 Tail = Yin This made Pond. Shedding of old Skin - change, progression, preparation, reform. Fire in the Pond, times of great changes. Two very different aims, Revolution. Let the old be replaced by the new. Great change brings progress and success.I told Dotori the result.The coins show change.Old thing can go away and new thing can come. Maybe Dotori understood. Maybe not.
