Dear Community, As I continue to serve Buya with determined commitment, I have turned to our insightful Diviners to better understand the qualities that shape me as a leader and as a person by studying the zodiacs and elements. In my reflection, I find that I connect deeply with the Earth element and the Ox. The Earth is patient, thoughtful, and nurturing - qualities I recognize in my own approach to leadership. I strive to be a steady foundation for Buya, providing stability and care for our community. I am deeply empathetic and often find myself concerned with the happiness and well-being of others. Yet, I acknowledge that my protective nature can sometimes make me overly cautious and hesitant to embrace risks. The Ox mirrors this steadfastness. Known for being dependable, hard-working, and loyal, the Ox carries its burdens without complaint and leads with quiet strength. I see these traits in myself - my persistence in overcoming challenges, my logical approach to decision-making, and my dedication to serving Buya with steady responsibility. I also recognize that, like Ox, I can appear stern and may struggle to adapt quickly when change is necessary. By embracing the Earth and the Ox, I aim to balance these strengths and weaknesses, channeling my stability and dedication while remaining open to growth and change. This self-discovery not only for me but for the greater good of Buya. Understanding who I am allows me to lead with clarity and purpose.
