Though different Pantheons Druantia and Frigga are not very different goddesses. And no I do not call myself a goddess, it is just my name sake. Like Druantia, Frigga is a goddess of home and hearth. I try to live by this example before me. Those I call family, are my most precious tokens in life. Druantia is considered a keeper of the wilds. All the fauna and flora. I try to live my life guarding that which is precious in the wilds. But it is also knowing and understanding the needs of both the flora and fauna. Druantia is considered a bringer of growth, and sometimes darker things are needed to bring growth. Literally and figuritively. I over the years am embracing that the older I get the motherly I get. But I am fierce, I am strong, I am compassionate. Though I do tend to give more tough love. I hope that my dedication to her, helps me on my walk of understanding myself and the world better. -Frigga | |
