[What appears to be a correspondence has been attached to the board with an arrow made of pure shadow magic.] ___________________________________________________________ \ \ | | | | | | [The ink has smudged.], I spent my whole life living in a hidden K'urimja enclave deep within the Woodlands of Nagnang. By the time I was old enough to remember, only my father and I were left. My father taught me the ways of the wilds: of archery and survival. We hunted and gathered for our food - using the skins and furs of the animals to make or mend our clothing. I was guided by a vision from Hyun-Moo to leave the Woodlands after my father passed away to reunite with the remaining survivors of the K'urimja bloodline. But outside of newfound kinship and daily religious rites to the Black Tortoise, I find myself longing for those days stalking my prey in the forest. I was thrilled to learn of the Rangers - of others who master the same skills that I was taught. It is now my desire to study under you so that I may improve upon the skills of a huntress that I fear have grown rusty now that I dwell in Nagnang proper. If you would be willing to take me as your student, I vow to do my best to take your teachings to heart. My every waking hour outside of worship will be spent to making you (and the Ranger Circle) proud. When I fail, I will try again and again until I prove adequate to your standards. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. Regards, Ayeon | ______________________________________________________| | / / \_/______________________________________________________/ | |
